Emma Aesthetica – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Emma Aesthetica. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website/social media, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
- Appointments & Bookings
- All treatments must be booked in advance via our approved booking system, phone, or email.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it may not be suitable, safe, or in compliance with medical/ethical standards.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of booking deposits.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged the full treatment fee.
- Deposits & Payments
- A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduling with appropriate notice.
- Full payment is required at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, EFTPOS, and approved credit/debit cards.
- Treatment Suitability & Medical Disclosure
- You must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and health conditions prior to treatment.
- Our practitioners reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
- Results vary per individual; no guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.
- Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
- If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately so we can provide support and referral if necessary.
- Product purchases may be exchanged or refunded only if faulty, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
- Liability
- Treatments are provided by qualified practitioners in accordance with AHPRA and TGA guidelines.
- By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge the risks involved and release Emma Aesthetica from liability except where required by law.
- Before any cosmetic medical treatment, you will be asked to provide informed consent.
- Promotions & Gift Vouchers
- Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date unless otherwise stated.
- Gift vouchers are to be treated like cash. If it is lost or stolen it cannot be replaced.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Social Media & Marketing
- Before-and-after images or testimonials are shared only with your written consent in compliance with AHPRA advertising standards.
- Any marketing content is general in nature and should not be taken as individual medical advice.
- Privacy
- All personal and medical information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
